Hi! We’re Alfred and Emilia Schofield. We met in 2016 while pursuing our Master’s degrees from Babson College in Wellesley, MA. First and foremost, we’re entrepreneurs and doers - we love to get our hands dirty and bring visions to life. After graduating, Emilia began a career in SaaS, spending times at organizations such as Hubspot, LeanIX, and Smartsheet, where she currently serves as a Large Enterprise Sales Engineer. Her ability to condense and explain complex concepts and visualize final product for potential consumers are hallmarks.

Meanwhile, Alfred co-founded VitalFit, a plant-based supplement company with Cameron Fischer. After 3 years and successful growth, they sold the start-up to TB12 (Tom Brady’s health and wellness brand). Since then, Alfred has served in various capacities at TB12, currently serving as a leader in growth strategy and E-Commerce.

Outside of the workplace, we started real estate investing in 2020, starting with a multi-family property on the South Shore. After a comprehensive renovation, we leased both units to drive passive income. We then purchased a larger project - a single family home nearby where we began an even larger renovation. Along the way, we have served as consults in various capacities for numerous members of our network and have built out a comprehensive ecosystem of trusted renovation partners. Alfred is also a licensed real estate salesperson.

Our passions include spending time in nature (on the beach in the summer and on the mountains in the winter!), going on adventures with our playful dog Blue, and traveling with family and friends.
