Purchased during the peak of COVID in Summer 2020, this multi-family in Weymouth had good bones, but was in need of significant renovations.

The property features two near identical 4 br/1ba units - there are numerous merits of each unit including a spacious bathroom, great light, in unit laundry, and a central kitchen. However, almost every touch point required attention. The upper unit was in better condition, so after a quick renovation including new kitchen flooring, we rented that unit. The lower unit was in a state of disrepair, ultimately leading to a comprehensive renovation. We lived in this unit during construction, with the entire process lasting roughly 5 months. While there were challenges, we were incredibly happy with how the property turned out and we were able to create significant incremental value.
